Purchases made through our website are eligible for returns. We are glad to offer a 14 days money back guarantee across our full range of furniture; however, items must be returned unopened in their original packaging, with all materials present.
Please also be aware that we refund you for the purchase price of the product only and any shipping paid is not refundable. Additionally, the (shipping) cost to return the product to Zen Square is not covered as part of the refund.
